Ticket allowance
What your ticket includes
Trip-specific allowance checking is not yet available. Confirm your fare and itinerary against the published allowance summary and your booking.
International Economy generally permits one overhead bag and one small personal item with a 7 kg maximum. On all flights departing India, only one overhead bag is permitted: Economy up to 7 kg or Business up to 10 kg, with no additional personal item. Other domestic and premium allowances vary; domestic QantasLink Dash 8-Q400 has a 7 kg maximum.
Qantas publishes no numeric limit for the additional small personal item; additional personal items are not permitted on flights departing India. An under-seat bag measuring 48 × 34 × 23 cm is an alternative cabin-bag format, not the extra personal item.
